The day was hot. It was high noon. There were no shadows cast as the sun was directly above us. There she was, on the bottom of the hill. Above her hovering, was the cathedral. The institution which enslaved her people. Under the hot, midday sun, she sells her craft. Perhaps a few things left in her native culture. The rest, the Spaniards burned away.
